KNIGHT OF ST. JANUARIUS, HAS DIED

 

We regret to announce the death of His Excellency D. Manuel Taboada y Roca, Count of Borrajeiros, Marquess of Montesacro, Knight of Saint Januarius, Bailiff Grand Cross of Justice of the Constantinian Order, former Vice-President of the Deputation, Numerary Member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Spain.

His Excellency was also Magistrate of the Supreme Tribunal, Member of the Corp of Labour Magistrates, Correspondent Academician of the Royal Gallegan Academy, Numerary Academician of the Gallegan Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation, Honorary Academician of the Roya Madrid Academy of Genealogy and Heraldry, Permanent Voting Member of the General Commission of Codification of the Laws, Numerary Member of the Institute Salazar y Castro of the Superior Council of Scientific Investigation and had the Cross of Honor of the Order of S. Raimundo de Peñeafort.

He was born in 1904 in Mellid, La Coruña, Spain.
